Principal Speech Pathologist
Jessica has completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree from La Trobe University. Jessica is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia. She is passionate about further learning and regularly attends Professional Development seminars and workshops.
Jessica has worked in State, Catholic and Independent schools in both mainstream and specialist settings as well as in private clinics. Her clinical experience includes completing assessments and funding applications as well as providing therapy services to individuals and groups. She has experience working with children with speech, language, fluency, and literacy difficulties. Jessica is also experienced in working with children with Autism and their families. Jessica has received additional training in several therapy delivery methods including: the Lidcombe Program (for stuttering), Hanen: It Takes Two To Talk and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Jessica enjoys working with other professionals to provide collaborative care for your family.
Jessica is a mum to two preschool children. She enjoys catching up with friends and family and reading.
Clinical Team Leader / Speech Pathologist
Chelsey completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree at Charles Sturt University. Chelsey is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
Chelsey has a range of paediatric experiences, working with children aged 0 -12 years, in Early Intervention and school settings. Her clinical work includes completing assessments, implementing intervention programs and providing therapy in home, clinical and school settings. Chelsey has experience working with children with speech, language and literacy difficulties, as well as children with Autism, Brain Injuries, and developmental delays.
Chelsey is enthusiastic about life-long learning and has completed additional training with The Hanen Centre (More Than Words) and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
Outside of work, Chelsey loves spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, playing tennis and cooking
Renee completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University and is a registered member of Speech Pathology Australia. She also earned a Bachelor of Health Science from La Trobe University prior to her Speech Pathology degree.
Renee has a strong passion for working with children and is dedicated in delivering excellent, high quality and fun therapy. Renee has a strong interest in early childhood development and fluency.
She is committed to lifelong learning, engaging in evidence based practice and professional development. Renee has received additional training in several therapy delivery methods including: the Lidcombe Program (for stuttering) and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
Renee enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring nature and travelling the world.
Alex completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University. Alex is a registered member of Speech Pathology Australia and a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
Alex enjoys working with pre-school and school aged children and providing therapy that is motivating and family centred. Alex is passionate about providing best evidence-based practice and engaging in life-long learning. She has experience working with children with speech, language, pragmatic and literacy difficulties.
Outside of work Alex enjoys playing football, spending time with friends and family and reading.
Sophie completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University and is a registered member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Sophie greatly enjoys working with children and loves creating fun and engaging therapy sessions. She believes in lifelong learning and ensuring all sessions are evidence based and of a high quality. Sophie is dedicated to providing family-centred therapy that is functional and holistic.
Sophie has an interest in all areas of Speech Pathology practice, including speech-sound disorders, language development, Autism Spectrum Disorder and fluency.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling, swimming and playing with her dog.
Alannah completed her Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne.
Alannah is interested in all areas of therapy including speech, language, fluency, and literacy. She is passionate about providing evidence-based and goal-centred therapy to all children. She is also committed to lifelong learning and continuing to develop her skills.
Outside of work, Alannah enjoys bushwalking, playing the flute in a community concert band, and spending time with her family. She also runs a speech pathology-related Instagram account.
Georgia is our practice manager at Ready Set Grow. She is here to handle all scheduling and invoicing queries, take payments and will happily answer all of your questions over the phone or email.
Outside of work Georgia enjoys playing with her two dogs, catching up with her family and seeing her friends.
